The atmosphere in the two-story open to public space is strongly characterized during the day by the amount of daylight. In particular, the window for air provide good lighting in the center of the room and areate the space, while the arrangement of windows in both the rows produce uniform vertical illuminance. The south-facing windows are on the street side and are partially shaded by a canopy, but still providing direct sunlight during the whole day to the interior space. Nevertheless, a very diffuse lighting tend to balance the light/dark contrast. This is obtained by bright wall and ceiling surfaces.
