Car wash, Tiefenbrunnen Zurich

This vacant plot was located between yards and railroad tracks along the Bellerivestrasse in Tiefenbrunnen and is a remaining property of SBB. Because of the long narrow geometry and the adjoining road and railway line, this plot resulted unattractive. But what appeared to be inhospitable was recognized by Beat Meyerstein, CEO of Autop car-wash, a unique opportunity for a new flagship branch of his car-wash chain. The location offers not only an easy access for customers, but also has the potential of giving a brand new image for Autop, eye catcher for the thousands of commuters who daily drive on this road.
