Migros Fitness Plus 5, Zurich

As an architectural hightlight, constructed around the old foundry hall, the fitness park Puls 5 is animated by means of contrasting kubic/organic and body/machine. On 3800 sqm and two floors, Puls 5 offers the whole package of fitness and wellness: 170 training stations in the large fitness arena provide strong muscles, whereas the unique landscape of baths with kneippism, sauna, steam bath, cold-water pool and a room for meditation offer relaxation afterwards.
