Novum Spa, Baden

A comprehensive renovation revived Baden's Hotel Limmathof. The building, dating back to the 1830s, is today used as a hotel and modern wellness establishment. In collaboration with the architects ARGE Graf & Partner Atelier West and the interior designer Ushi Tamboriello, Reflexion was commissioned to integrate the lighting concept in the overall design. The historical substance forms the backbone of the lighting concept. The Roman structure, maintained mainly in the ceiling areas, becomes the lighting core element. Discreet wall sconce light the ceilings indirectly and structure rhythmically the connecting circulation rooms.
