Hugo Boss, Stockholm

The Hugo Boss concept store in Stockholm was opened in 2006. The German architect Tim Hupe picked up northern elements from the Swedish landscape for the interior design concept. In the dark room, fashion is placed in the center and attracts attention. Ceiling fixtures direct the light onto the clothes and accessories, and leave the room in darkness. Incisive is the accessory tower in the center of the sales room which lights its exhibits invisibly from above or below, depending on the position of the subject and in relation to the average eye level.
