Sprüngli Paradeplatz, Zurich

After three months of reconstruction, in September 2007, the parent house of the Confiserie Sprüngli was reopened at the Paradeplatz in Zurich. The shop areas, the customer service as well as the cafe-bar on the groundfloor have been completely restructured and modernized. A modern style was deliberately chosen, which plays still visibly with some traditional details. Because of the wide space and the special lighting concept, an ideal presentation of the whole product range of Confiserie Sprüngli was achieved. The various cakes and pies, the pastry as well as over 60 pralinés and 30 truffle varieties can admired within the spacious,well-lit showcases.
