Philips Lighting and LUCI have announced that this year’s international city.people.light award has been won by the city of Jyväskylä, Finland (2nd price has been gone to Hafen Lachen, Switzerland). At the award ceremony, which was held in Gwangju in South Korea on 19 October 2009, representatives from the city were presented with the city.people.light trophy
